Having Emily support me as I embark on my gluten-free journey over the next 30 days is so encouraging. She allowed me to have a personalized grocery shopping experience. While shopping, I learned to read food labels to identify which items contained gluten and which did not. I was also surprised to see that a lot of things that I currently enjoy are already gluten-free.
